As a Supervisor, you play a key role in the store's daily operations and customer experience. You lead by being present, creating energy within the team, and ensuring that campaigns and routines are executed flawlessly – every day!

What does the role entail?

• Lead daily operations within your area of responsibility
• Drive sales, service, and the execution of campaigns
• Ensure high store standards and efficient merchandise flow
• Motivate, follow up on, and develop sales staff
• Contribute to good collaboration across the entire store
• Responsible for closing duties according to schedule

Who are we looking for? We would like you to meet several of the following criteria:

• Have experience from retail or store operations
• Thrives in an operational leadership role and enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Are clear, positive, and skilled at motivating others
• Are customer-oriented, structured, and solution-focused

Leadership experience is meritorious, but not a requirement.
