Your Responsibilities

As a forklift operator within the warehouse operations, you are responsible for handling, transporting, and placing goods in the correct storage locations according to established procedures. You work to ensure an efficient and structured warehouse flow and contribute to order and safety in daily operations. The role involves operating reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, as well as high-level and low-level lift trucks to transport, organize, and pick goods in the warehouse. You work both independently and as part of a team, playing a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow. You are also responsible for identifying and reporting any discrepancies, such as damaged goods or misplacements, in accordance with company procedures.

Your Background/Qualities

This role is suitable for you if you are responsible, detail-oriented, and work in a structured manner. You have a strong safety mindset and thrive in a warehouse and logistics environment where the work requires both precision and efficiency. You collaborate well with colleagues but can also work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. We prefer that you have experience from warehouse or logistics operations where forklift operation has been a central part of the job. You are accustomed to working with inventory management, goods flow, and registration in warehouse systems. Experience with reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, as well as high-level and low-level lift trucks is required. This is a seasonal position through Wikan Personal, starting as agreed. For the right candidate, there are good opportunities for extension. The work is scheduled during day shifts, and the pace can be high at times, so it is important that you thrive in a dynamic work environment where safety, structure, and collaboration are in focus.
