You will step into an operation within the defense and security sector where advanced technology, high quality requirements, and long-term business go hand in hand. Here, you will play a central role in the IS/IT Procurement team, focusing on indirect materials and services, where you contribute to creating efficient and sustainable procurement solutions.

The role suits you if you enjoy working closely with both operations and suppliers, and want to influence how IT procurement is carried out in practice. You will navigate between sourcing activities, operational procurement issues, and the improvement of methods and system support. This makes the role particularly interesting for those who want to combine business drive with IT understanding in a technologically advanced environment.

• You drive selected sourcing projects and procurement activities, both new and ongoing.
• You support strategic buyers in tactical procurement issues and contribute to conducting business in a structured manner.
• You handle procurement requests in the procurement system within various IT categories, such as hardware, software, and IT services.
• You ensure correct onboarding of suppliers as well as the setup of punch-outs and catalogs.
• You monitor that system content for products, services, information, prices, and delivery terms is correct and up to date.
• You produce reports and perform data analysis as needed to support decisions and improvements.
• You collaborate closely with strategic buyers within the IS/IT team and with cross-functional teams in the organization.
• You drive dialogue with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that contracts, terms, and processes are understood and implemented correctly.

• High school education or post-secondary vocational training in procurement, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Interest in and a good overall understanding of IT.
• Interest in continuous improvements and digitalization.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience within IT, software, hardware, and IT-related services.
