Here you will have a strategic role focused on software, applications, and other IT-related procurement areas. You will become part of a central procurement function in a global operation within the defense and security sector, where advanced technical systems are developed for critical societal needs.

The role combines sourcing, supplier management, and business development work. You work closely with both internal stakeholders and suppliers, while contributing to a larger development journey within Procurement Excellence. • You drive and execute sourcing projects and procurement activities within software, applications, and other IT-related areas.
• You lead collaboration and dialogue with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
• You implement category strategies and translate them into concrete business and initiatives.
• You are responsible for commercial supplier relationships and build long-term collaborations.
• You manage supplier management and contracts with a focus on business value, compliance, and performance.
• You contribute to cost reduction and improved results through structured and business-driven procurement work.
• You help develop ways of working, processes, and collaborations within an organization that is investing long-term in operational excellence.

• Master's degree, relevant university education, or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in software and IT procurement.
• Substantial experience in purchasing software and applications.
• Good knowledge of the software and IT market, suppliers, solutions, and business models.
• Strong business acumen and commercial drive.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading commercial teams.
• Interest in continuous improvements and digitalization.
