About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for an established e-commerce company in Stockholm. You will become an important part of a team where a service-oriented mindset and problem-solving are at the center, and you will work with modern systems and clear routines.
Qualifications
- Completed upper secondary education
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good English skills
- Good computer literacy
- Experience in customer contact is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Handle orders, returns, and complaints
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales team
- Suggest improvements to the customer journey
