We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for an established e-commerce company in Stockholm. You will become an important part of a team where a service-oriented mindset and problem-solving are at the center, and you will work with modern systems and clear routines.

Qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good English skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Experience in customer contact is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Answer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Handle orders, returns, and complaints
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and sales team
  • Suggest improvements to the customer journey
