We are now looking for a Supervisor for our dishwashing department. This is an operations-based role focused on daily operations. The work involves continuously ensuring and improving the quality of work execution, methods, order, routines, collaboration, and hygiene.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure scheduling and staffing needs are met.
• Lead the work for all dishwashers during your shift and ensure the work is done as carefully and efficiently as possible.
• Ensure that daily and weekly routines, such as cleaning and sorting, are carried out and updated as needed.

You are driven, engaged, and solution-oriented. As a team player, you value collaboration both inside and outside the dishwashing area. You are social and communicative, always keeping the best interests of the business in mind.

We believe you have:

• Experience in dishwashing within a large restaurant operation (required).
• The ability to communicate and write in English.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards in the restaurant industry.
• Previous experience as a supervisor is an advantage.

About the Role

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (daytime, evenings, and weekends).

Start Date and Salary: Salary according to agreement and start date according to mutual agreement.
