WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT IS REQUIRED

As a tow truck driver with us, you meet people in need of help every day. Therefore, we look for someone who is service-minded and sympathetic, with a good ability to help people in a calm and responsible manner. Since all our employees are ambassadors for The Assistance Company, we place great importance on your personality. You work independently on your assignments but are part of a dedicated and professional team.

We are looking for you who already have a Category C driver's license and YKB (professional driving qualification). Perhaps you have studied the vehicle program, worked as a mechanic, worked in transport, or as a tow truck driver. As a person, you love vehicles, are interested in technology, and have high digital competence. It is not a requirement, but prior experience in the profession is meritorious.

You will exclusively work with the latest technology when carrying out your assignments – a completely new digital ecosystem where everything happens digitally, customer-friendly, and simply. This transformation takes the towing profession to a whole new level. Our high pace of change requires that you are adaptable, proactive, and motivated by providing good customer service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCE

• Category C driver's license and YKB
• Good knowledge of vehicles
• Interested in technology and has high digital competence
• Service-oriented, responsible, and stress-resistant
• Thrives working independently but also as part of a team
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Good understanding of English

EMPLOYMENT

Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

HOURS OF WORK

Working hours with shifts both during the day and at night, including on-call duties.

LOCATION

As a tow truck driver at The Assistance Company, you generally operate from your home address. Therefore, you should be resident in the area where the position is advertised.

SALARY

We offer a fixed salary.
