About the role

As a ground and infrastructure worker at HÖ Allbygg, you will work on varied and exciting projects in the Boden and Luleå area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Foundation work
• Drainage
• Water and sewage (VA) work
• Paving

The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions, and you have convenient working hours: daytime, Monday to Friday.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive a thorough onboarding and quickly get up to speed with both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The high season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for permanent employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid Category B driver's license (required for the position)
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience or education within ground/infrastructure work, such as water and sewage work, paving, or stone setting

As a person, you are unpretentious, cooperative, and curious with a strong desire to develop.
