Job Description

Do you want to work closely with people while having nature nearby? With us, you have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. We are now looking for two dedicated and confident nurses who wish to become an important part of our operations in a rural area.

One position is located in the home healthcare service in Hamrånge, where you will work closely with patients in their home environment. The other position is a combined role where you will work both in home healthcare and at Solberga Care and Residential Home, with the opportunity to vary your work between these units.

In home healthcare, you meet patients where they feel safest—in their own homes. Your contribution is vital for their health, safety, and quality of life.

As a nurse with us, you have an independent and central role with great variation in tasks. You are responsible for both medical interventions and close support to patients and their relatives. The work is carried out in close collaboration with doctors at the patient's health center and with home help services, creating a safe and cohesive care for each individual.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Perform health and medical care interventions in the patient's home and residential facility.
• Act as the responsible nurse for care and make medical assessments.
• Work in a team with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors.
• Supervise and delegate to nursing staff and students.
• Document in Treserva and other operational systems.
• Work preventively and health-promotingly.

The position is primarily daytime work, but the schedule includes evening and weekend shifts. During these times, you will work in our consultancy service, which includes the municipality's care and residential homes, home healthcare, and service and group housing within LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry.

Interviews may be conducted continuously during the application period.

Qualifications

You are a confident and structured nurse with a genuine commitment to patient-centered work. In this role, you have a central and significant function for our registered patients in home healthcare. You work independently with great responsibility while collaborating closely with other professions in a team to create safe and cohesive care.

Requirements for the position:

• Registered Nurse, preferably with several years of experience.
• Valid driver's license and driving experience.

It is desirable if you have experience in municipal healthcare and knowledge of the following systems: Treserva, TES, Lifecare, NPÖ, Pascal.

You have good cooperation skills and treat patients and colleagues with empathy and respect. You are unpretentious and contribute to a positive team climate. You work in a structured manner, prioritize effectively, and use resources in the best possible way.

You take initiative, are confident in your actions, and distinguish between facts and personal matters. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and see opportunities in change.

Employment type: Permanent.
Duration: Permanent.
Working hours: Daytime (with evening/weekend shifts).
