About the job

We are looking for a driven, positive, and engaged Operations Manager/Dentist for our clinic in central Västervik. Your personal qualities are important to us. We seek a driven individual who can work independently, has a strong commitment to their work, and possesses good collaboration skills, social competence, and flexibility. As the operations manager, you will also be responsible for recruiting staff for the clinic.

We are a privately owned clinic centrally located in Västervik, right next to the sea. Here you will work with all areas within the dentist's scope of competence, both clinically and administratively, such as holiday planning, economics, etc.

Västervik is a coastal town on the east coast with unique opportunities. The proximity to the sea and the rich leisure offerings come alive in the summer. You have opportunities for kayaking, sailing, festivals, good food, music, flea markets, and various sporting events.
