We are now looking for support for our customer service for one of our partners in the home alarm sector. The customer service is located at Westra Security in Arvika, where you will become an important part of the team and the face of the company. You are the person our customers turn to for service, support, and answers to their questions.

In this role, you work with both incoming and outgoing calls as well as customer contact via email and social media. The cases vary from questions regarding invoices and contracts to technical troubleshooting and booking of service and installations. The focus in everything you do is to give customers a professional and positive experience.

The position is scheduled on weekdays from 08:00–17:00.

In this role, your personality is more important than your experience.

Formal Requirements:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of English with fluent speech and writing skills.
• Experience from customer service-related jobs is an advantage.
