We are currently looking for a driven and engaged Deputy Store Manager who wants to take on an important role in our continued journey. At Rusta, you get to make a real difference – every day. As Deputy Store Manager, you are the Store Manager's closest partner, both in terms of responsibility and in daily operations. Together, you ensure that everyday life runs smoothly, and when the Store Manager is not on site, you take the helm. You inspire and support your colleagues, create structure, and ensure that the right things happen at the right time – keeping both the big picture and the details in focus. You act as a stable leader and role model for the team, keeping everything in order from the checkout to the warehouse, and you work to ensure that the store not only meets its goals – but preferably exceeds them. At the same time, you always keep the customer at the center and do that little extra to create a welcoming and positive experience in the store. You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you: Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop in your leadership role with us at Rusta.

• You have a few years of experience leading within retail, preferably from a business handling high volumes.
• You feel comfortable in a leadership role and are good at thinking both strategically and forward-looking.
• Being clear, direct, and having a good sense of humor is a natural part of your daily life.
• You are good at bringing others along with you – both in the daily hustle and when things get challenging.
• You like to have a lot going on around you and thrive when there is a lot happening.
• You have a genuine drive to develop, and perhaps you aim to run your own store within a few years.
