Office Manager / Field Support for Sales Team

About the Role

We are looking for a structured and social person who wants to combine office management with supporting our sales team at customer meetings. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy variety, have high energy, and thrive in both administrative tasks and field operations.

You will be an integral part of our daily operations, acting as the link between the office, the sales team, and our customers. A significant part of the role involves accompanying sales representatives on client meetings, assisting with coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Accompany sales team members on customer meetings and support daily sales activities
• Coordinate meetings, bookings, and scheduling
• Handle administrative tasks and office routines
• Assist with follow-ups after customer meetings
• Act as a contact person internally and externally
• Ensure that materials, presentations, and documentation are available
• Support the team with structure and organization
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, service-oriented, and communicative
• Has strong organizational skills and can juggle multiple tasks
• Enjoys working both administratively and in the field
• Is self-motivated and takes initiative
• Is proficient with computers
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Has a valid B-class driver's license
