About the role:

The workday as a B2B sales representative at iSales begins with reviewing the day's goals and planning your tasks. You will then contact business owners across Sweden to present and offer subscriptions from some of the country's largest telecommunications brands, including Telia. Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships, understanding business needs, and offering solutions that fit their operations.

You will work with both existing and new customers via phone. You take responsibility for understanding customer needs and offering solutions that create value for them.

Your workdays are a mix of sales, coaching, and fun sales competitions. As a salesperson at iSales, you work Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 17:00. This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period.

Who are you?

You thrive best in a fast-paced work environment where positive energy and joy go hand in hand with strong sales results. You are communicative, articulate, and an excellent listener when addressing customer questions or objections. Personality-wise, you are driven and goal-oriented; you always stay focused and organized. This ensures you deliver quality in your work and handle stressful situations in a calm and stable manner.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience is a requirement, with B2B experience being advantageous.

  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

  • Experience in sales within the telecom industry is advantageous.
