At ICA Bank, data is one of our most valuable assets. We are currently strengthening our capabilities in financial and regulatory reporting while building the next generation of our data platform. We are now looking for a Senior Data Warehouse Developer to take on a key role in our Data Warehouse & Governance team.

This is your job:

You will become part of an experienced Data Warehouse team in Borås, responsible for our central data warehouse – the hub for the majority of the bank's information supply regarding financial, regulatory, and operational reporting, as well as CRM and credit analysis.

The role combines maintenance and new development in an environment where data quality, traceability, and accuracy are crucial. You will work closely with functions such as accounting, risk, finance, and IT, acting as a vital bridge between business and technology.

At the same time, the team is undergoing a transformation in working methods and technology, with a focus on automation, AI, and clearer responsibilities for regulatory reporting.

As a Senior Data Warehouse Developer, you will:

• Be responsible for the design, development, and further development of the data warehouse's various layers
• Build and optimize SSIS flows for data extraction, transformation, and calculations
• Work with advanced SQL development, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Write and refine advanced T-SQL in business-critical data flows
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports
• Drive automation and efficiency in loading and reporting flows using AI-based methods and agents
• Collaborate closely with the business and act as a technical bridge between business and IT
• Serve as a senior technical reference and mentor within the team

Who are you?

You have several years of experience as a Data Warehouse Developer, preferably within the regulatory sector, and are comfortable in a Microsoft SQL Server-based on-premise environment. You have strong skills in SSIS, SSRS, and advanced T-SQL. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can collaborate easily with both business units and external parties.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and meticulous, with high integrity in handling data and figures. You take ownership, thrive in an expert role, and are unpretentious and team-oriented. You can explain technical solutions in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
