We are looking to strengthen our kitchen team with an experienced, curious, and creative chef – someone who is passionate about flavors, textures, and unexpected combinations. Together with our Head Chef Ignacio, you will help shape the menu, test new ideas, and develop what we already love.
At Chako, we cook food inspired by South America and Southern Europe, with influences from Asia. We like to challenge the ordinary, highlight ingredients that deserve more love, and create food that both surprises and warms.
We believe that you:
- Have solid experience working as a chef, but a willingness to learn and develop is just as valuable.
- Are creative, curious, and like to think outside the box – while respecting the craft.
- Are aware of sustainability and like to use ingredients smartly without compromising on quality.
- Work well both independently and in a team, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- Share our belief that food & drink is at its best when shared.
