Customer First is growing and looking for a Partner Account Executive who wants to combine strong new business sales with strategic partner work — and build partner relationships that lead to actual pipeline and revenue.
We are clear from the start: to be considered for this role, you must be able to show documented past results in B2B sales. Your application must include numbers. This could be previous quotas, performance against targets, number of closed deals, average deal size, partner-generated pipeline, revenue via partners, or other measurable commercial impact.
This is a role for someone who has already proven they can create business — and now wants to do so through both direct sales and strong partnerships.

As a Partner Account Executive at Customer First, you will have a central commercial role with two clear objectives: close new deals and develop partner channels that create more business opportunities.
You will work closely with both customers and partners — for example, consultants, system integrators, CRM providers, contact center specialists, digitalization partners, and other actors who serve companies with complex customer service needs.

The Role
As a Partner Account Executive, you are responsible for creating, driving, and closing new B2B deals — both directly and together with partners. You identify business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and develop partnerships that lead to concrete pipeline and revenue.
You need to be equally comfortable in a sharp sales dialogue with a customer as in a strategic conversation with a partner about joint market processing, positioning, and business development.
You don’t sell “features”. You sell better customer service, automation, AI-driven workflows, more efficient teams, smarter processes, and a more cohesive customer experience.
You will
- Create and drive new B2B business opportunities
- Prospect, qualify, and build your own pipeline
- Identify, engage, and develop relevant partners
- Create partner-generated pipeline and drive joint deals
- Drive the entire sales cycle from first dialogue to signed contract
- Conduct needs analyses, demos, and business discussions
- Build relationships with decision-makers, customer service managers, IT, operations, and leadership
- Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with partners
- Create clear business cases linked to customer challenges
- Work systematically with CRM, pipeline, forecasts, and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, and leadership
- Contribute to refining our sales process, partner strategy, positioning, and go-to-market
We are looking for someone who
- Has documented strong results in B2B sales
- Has experience in new business sales
- Has experience in partner sales, channel strategy, alliances, or business development via partners
- Has sold SaaS, software, platforms, CRM, contact center, customer service tools, or other business-critical solutions
- Is used to driving the entire or large parts of the sales cycle independently
- Is strong in prospecting, discovery, needs analysis, and closing
- Can build trust with customers, partners, and executives
- Understands how to sell on business value, not just product features
- Can build relationships that lead to actual pipeline and revenue
- Is self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
- Has a high activity level and high quality in your commercial work
- Communicates very well in Swedish and English
