Clinic Assistant for Ophthalmology Clinic
We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented clinic assistant for our eye clinic. Perhaps you currently work as an optician's assistant and wish to develop further within clinical work.
Here, you will work in a professional and pleasant environment where the patient is always the focus.
About the Position
As a clinic assistant, you are a vital part of the clinic's daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Preparation for examinations
- Assisting during examinations and treatments
- Telephone support and appointment booking
- Administrative tasks and medical record management
- Cleaning and handling of instruments
- Orders and other clinic duties
We are looking for someone who
- Is responsible, meticulous, and flexible
- Has a strong sense of service and professional demeanor
- Enjoys working with people
- Is proficient with computers
- Experience from healthcare, clinic, or optics is an advantage
