Do you want to work in the Sankt Anna archipelago during the summer half-year?

We are now looking for you, a chef who wants to join a forward-thinking company that values building good relationships with our partners.

In this role, you will work at an a la carte restaurant in the archipelago. Your main tasks include creating menus for larger groups attending conferences before the summer peak, when a la carte dining is served throughout the day. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with both younger and older guests and has an understanding of the Swedish summer season.

THE ROLE
As a chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that prep work is completed, and that the food served is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace. You are self-assured, see solutions, and identify potential paths forward for both guests and employees. You are structured, organized, and maintain the high standards currently aimed for.

You will work actively with sustainability. Our circular sustainability journey reflects our footprint socially, economically, and environmentally. Happy and motivated employees drive engagement. In other words, you are an ambassador for Progressio.

THE POSITION
