We are now looking for a Hotel Receptionist on a 80% basis who wants to become part of our team and develop together with us. You are a true joy-bringer and always ensure that your guests are comfortable and happy – service is something you are passionate about! We would like you to be a structured and innovative person who enjoys development. You take responsibility for your tasks and want to see results in your work.

Your duties will include the following tasks:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Booking inquiries
• Cash handling
• Answering guest questions
• Contribute to upselling

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both oral and written

Merits:

• Experience working within Strawberry
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in the restaurant industry
• Experience with Mews (hotel system)

Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and every other weekend. Salary according to agreement.
