Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for two nurses/district nurses for the HSL unit. The positions are permanent full-time (100%) with a start date by agreement. Probationary employment may apply.

As a nurse in our municipality, you will work with home healthcare in ordinary housing and/or special housing. You work independently but in close cooperation with unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistance officers, assistant nurses, and other care staff. Collaboration with primary care is also part of the job. You are responsible for and participate in care planning together with inpatient care and primary care.

Working hours are 6-week scheduling periods with weekend work every 6th week across all our home care areas and special housing in Ragunda Municipality. As a day/evening/night/weekend nurse, you are responsible together with a colleague for our special housing, home healthcare, and during evenings, weekends, and nights, assignments through the healthcare information service.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a nursing degree. We prefer that you are specialized in elderly care, district nurse, or have other specialized training. The position requires a valid B driver's license. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Other specialized training, e.g., elderly care nurse, or other relevant further education is meritorious. Experience of municipal healthcare is meritorious.

As a nurse, you have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and notice and reward others' contributions. You also have the ability to plan and organize your work. You easily set goals, organize resources, follow up, and conclude activities.

Salary: Monthly salary.
