Customer First is growing and looking for an Account Executive who wants to sell a Swedish SaaS platform in an area where the need is clear: better, faster, and more cohesive customer service.

We are clear from the start: to be considered for this role, you must be able to show documented past results in B2B sales. This can include achieved or exceeded quotas, deals you have driven from first contact to signed contract, clear new business acquisition, larger deals, or other measurable commercial impact.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you are responsible for creating, driving, and closing new B2B deals. You work with qualified prospects, identify business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive the sales process forward with structure and precision.

You need to be strong in new business acquisition, confident in discovery, and skilled at connecting customer needs to concrete business value.

You don't sell “features”. You sell better customer service, automation, AI-driven workflows, more efficient teams, smarter processes, and a more cohesive customer experience.

You will

  • Create and drive new business opportunities within B2B
  • Prospect, qualify, and build pipeline
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from first dialogue to signed contract
  • Conduct needs analyses, demos, and business discussions
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, customer service managers, IT, operations, and leadership
  • Create clear business cases linked to customer challenges
  • Work systematically with CRM, pipeline, forecasts, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success
  • Contribute to sharpening our sales process, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

We are looking for someone who

  • Has documented strong results in B2B sales
  • Has experience in new business sales
  • Has sold SaaS, software, platforms, CRM, contact center, customer service tools, or other business-critical solutions
  • Is used to driving the entire or major parts of the sales cycle independently
  • Is strong in prospecting, discovery, needs analysis, and closing
  • Can build trust with both operational roles and management
  • Understands how to sell on business value, not just product features
  • Is self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
  • Has a high activity level and high quality in your sales work
  • Communicates very well in Swedish and English
