About the role
The Marketing Coordinator role is a central part of Sejfa's marketing team. You are the one who holds everything together. Campaigns, calendars, agency contacts, briefs, content, reports. You ensure the ball keeps rolling and that nothing falls between the cracks. With us, you are the hub around which the CMO and growth team revolve.

The role requires you to be just as comfortable writing copy for an Instagram ad as sending a tight brief to the media agency at nine on Monday morning. You are not afraid of the details, but you never lose sight of the big picture.

This is the role for you who like when many parts are in motion simultaneously and who gain energy from creating order and quality in everything from large campaigns to small details.

What you do:

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on campaigns, launches, and marketing activities
• Own and maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
• Act as the operational link to media agencies and external partners
• Compile briefs, coordinate materials, and follow up on campaign deliveries
• Write copy for email and web
• Put together simpler ad materials in Canva or Adobe
• Follow up on KPIs and structure the marketing team's processes

About you
You have experience working in fast-growing environments where the pace has been high and change is a natural part of everyday life. You are the person who makes things happen. The one who keeps track of details without losing the big picture, who enjoys collaborating and coordinating. At the same time, you are humble enough to roll up your sleeves and solve what needs to be done, whether it involves campaign materials, copy, or ordering merch for an event.

• A few years of experience from a coordinating marketing role, preferably in a fast-growing company or agency environment
• Experience coordinating campaigns and multiple parallel activities simultaneously
• Accustomed to working operationally with media agencies, colleagues, and external partners
• Experience with copywriting for social media and email, as well as updating websites in a CMS
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe and experience creating simpler marketing materials
• Fluent in Swedish (and comfortable working in English)
