Your role

As a car rental agent, you will handle our customers' rental experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries.

Working hours

You and your colleagues work on a rolling schedule, alternating between opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekend work every other week.

The station's opening hours are:

Weekdays: 07:00-19:00

Saturdays: 08:00-15:00

Sundays: 12:00-18:00

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probation period of 6 months.

Your responsibilities

• Customer meetings at the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Car washing and damage inspection.
• Administrative tasks.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license (manual) for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.

Sixt Rent a Car was started in Munich by the Sixt family in 1912. Sixt went public in the mid-1980s and became a market leader in several European countries, especially in Germany.
