About the Role As a sales representative at Toolpal, you combine proactive sales with strategic development work. You work closely with the CEO and have significant responsibility for driving sales to new customers, while also contributing to shaping the company's future working methods. Responsibilities • Identify and process new customers and construction projects • Proactively approach decision-makers in construction and civil engineering • Drive and follow up on customer relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle • Create presentation materials and customer-specific setups • Contribute to business development, structure, and future processes Requirements • Experience in proactive sales (B2B) • Experience or knowledge related to construction, machinery, or technical products • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken) • Valid driver's license (Category B) Preferred Qualifications • Experience from machine rental About Us at Framtiden At Framtiden, we work with both staffing and recruitment.
