Do you have a passion for creating engaging storytelling and enjoy writing, filming, and photography? Do you also have strong social skills and are actively looking for the next step in your career? Then we might be looking for you!
About the role
As a Content Producer, you are responsible for producing and coordinating content that strengthens the organization's brand and drives traffic to our digital channels. You interview teachers, participants, and partners – and transform these interactions into relevant content for the web, social media, and other digital channels. Your role is central to ensuring that good ideas move from planning to actual publication. Some of your tasks include:
- Identifying and planning content opportunities together with the marketing team.
- Contacting participants, customers, teachers, partners, and other relevant persons for interviews, case studies, and content collaborations.
- Conducting interviews, photoshoots, video recordings, and other content productions.
- Filming, editing, and photographing during workplace visits, events, and training sessions, as well as adapting the material for publication in various channels.
- Creating graphic material for social media, advertisements, and the web.
- Collaborating with internal and external parties on larger productions of text, image, and video.
Here, you will have the opportunity to grow in your role, test ideas, and be a key part of strengthening our presence in digital channels.
Who are you?
Your personality is important. You have the ability to create a positive atmosphere and are social, outgoing, and communicative. You feel confident in connecting with new people, and professionally, you are a mix of journalist, marketer, and strategist. You can write and conduct interviews, know how communication should be packaged, and can plan and evaluate which content works and strengthens our brand.
This is a junior position, and we believe you have worked in a similar role for approximately 1–2 years. You are accustomed to working independently and taking initiative. You are also structured and meticulous, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Other key words are creative, curious, unpretentious, and solution-oriented.
Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education in media, communication, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- You have experience in the role of Content Producer where you have planned, coordinated, and produced content for digital channels yourself. Experience from the education sector is a plus.
- Experience in creating and editing simple video and image material for digital channels.
- Competence in graphic production (e.g., Adobe CC, Canva, or similar tools).
- Competence in writing text and conducting interviews.
- Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the position
The position is a permanent full-time role starting with a six-month probationary period, with a start date of August 1, 2026, or as agreed. The work is primarily performed at the office in Stockholm City, but we offer a hybrid solution with the possibility of remote work on certain days of the week. Benefits include a wellness allowance and a pension plan.
