We are growing within retail – become our next Key Account Manager

We are now expanding our team and looking for a Key Account Manager to join Onitio Solutions. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both customers and colleagues in a role where relationships, collaboration, and long-term focus are central.

About the role and responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager at Onitio Solutions, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening our customer relationships within retail and store IT. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business deeply and identify how technology can create real business value.

You will work closely with the customer and be involved throughout the entire process, from identifying needs to creating and delivering solutions that make a difference. The role involves a combination of developing existing customer relationships and actively working on new business acquisition.

In this role, you will, among other things:

  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Act as a consultant and link IT investments to business results
  • Identify needs and propose solutions that create business value
  • Drive business from first contact to closing
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in presales, delivery, and service to ensure solutions that truly meet the customer's needs

You will work with a comprehensive offering within store IT, such as POS and cash register solutions, digital signage, infrastructure, inventory, warehouse optimization, and managed services.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can combine business acumen, relationship building, and collaboration. You are driven by creating value, both for the customer and together with your team.

You have the ability to see the big picture, ask the right questions, and guide customers in their decisions. At the same time, you are curious, receptive, and appreciate working in an environment where you support each other and share successes.

We believe you have at least three years of experience in B2B sales and have worked in or near our industry, for example with IT solutions within retail. You are accustomed to navigating organizations with multiple contact points and have a working style where you build trust through dialogue and understanding of the customer's needs. You feel comfortable working in various systems, preferably CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience from a retail environment, payment solutions, or store-related IT is advantageous.

About the sales team

You will become part of a tight-knit team where you support each other and share knowledge to succeed together. The team has different focus areas, including warehouse, logistics, and transport, while in this role, your focus will be on retail.

Here, there is a flat hierarchy culture with high engagement, where you work closely with each other and other functions to create value for the customer. You have support from your direct manager, Fredrik Hallin, who gives you trust and the opportunity to develop.
