In the role of assistant nurse, you work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that everyone can live life, for life. This can range from conversing, playing games, going on outings, or finding fun activities to do together. You also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and exercise.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague for a permanent position with a probationary period. The working hours can be adjusted according to preference between 75–100%, starting as soon as possible.

Working hours are scheduled between 07:00–22:00 every day of the week.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as an assistant nurse
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in home care.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. At our company, we work both independently and in teams, so it is important that you feel comfortable in both settings.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
