We are now strengthening our service department and looking for more engaged mechanics who want to become part of our team.

About the role

As a Field Service Technician with us, you will work with the service and repair of construction machinery out in the field at our customers' sites. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with the colleagues at the workshop.

Your main responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving within engines, hydraulics, and electricity
• Performing service and repairs on construction machinery
• Planning and structuring your tours with the service vehicle to ensure an efficient workflow
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Supporting the workshop and warehouse when you are not out in the field
• The role includes travel with overnight stays as our customers are located throughout the country. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and see this as a natural part of the job.

We are looking for you who

• Have good knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently
• Enjoy customer contact and are skilled at building long-term relationships
• Hold at least a category B driver's license (category BE is an advantage)
• Fluently speak and write Swedish
• Take personal responsibility and can work independently, but also thrive in a team
