You will step into a key role in the development of future aerospace and defense systems, where modeling, simulation, and control algorithms have a direct impact on how complex systems behave in practice. Here, you work in an advanced development environment with high demands for technical quality, precision, and robustness.

The focus is on developing and improving models of physical and dynamic systems as well as algorithms for control, regulation, navigation, and behavior. You collaborate closely with specialists in development, testing, and simulation, contributing deep technical expertise in an area where analysis, verification, and validation are central parts of the work. This is a role for you who want to work close to safety-critical systems and influence solutions at the technological frontier.

• You develop, analyze, and improve models of physical systems with a focus on flight and dynamics.
• You develop algorithms for control, regulation, and behavior in complex systems, for example within navigation and formation behaviors.
• You work with simulation of dynamic systems, including flight dynamics and related areas.
• You drive analysis work to ensure that models and algorithms function robustly and according to the expected system image.
• You contribute to the verification and validation of models and systems in advanced development and simulation environments.
• You collaborate cross-functionally with teams within development, testing, and simulation to take solutions from idea to technically quality-assured results.

• At least 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Deep competence in modeling physical systems.
• Experience in algorithm development for control, for example navigation or formation systems.
• Experience in simulation and analysis of dynamic systems, for example flight dynamics.
• Experience working in safety-critical systems.
• Strong background in technical development, for example in physics, mathematics, or electrical engineering.
• Experience in programming in technical computing environments, such as C, C++, or Matlab.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience from the aerospace, defense, or similar advanced industry.
• Experience with embedded systems or real-time systems.
• Experience with model-based development and simulation, for example Simulink or similar.
• Experience with verification, validation, and certification-related work.
