As a Production Technician, you will drive the development of processes, working methods, and production flows in an environment where technology and quality are central.

About the Role

In the role of Production Technician, you will support and develop production processes with a focus on manufacturability, quality, and efficiency. The role involves analyzing and improving production flows, as well as working with the development and adaptation of equipment, tools, and processes in a manufacturing environment.

The work includes, among other things, implementing product changes, creating and updating work instructions, and specifying needs related to tools and fixtures. The role also involves providing technical support to production and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders. The Production Technician participates in improvement work related to processes, quality assurance, and efficiency, and contributes to the startup of new or updated production equipment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical interest and experience in production technology within the manufacturing industry. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to drive tasks independently while collaborating well with other functions in the operation. The role requires a solution-oriented approach and the ability to identify and implement improvements in processes and working methods.

We prefer that you have post-secondary education in production technology or a corresponding technical direction, or alternatively, work experience considered equivalent. Experience with production processes, improvement work, and Lean Production is relevant for the role. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Experience with automation or composite materials is an advantage.

Must-haves for the position:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• For this position, you must undergo and pass a security clearance according to current regulations, which may require specific citizenship

Advantageous for the position:

• Knowledge of composites
