FTX Teknik & Service AB in Norrköping provides installations and services within plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling. FTX has specialized in technical installations and services, primarily in public premises, workshops, and industrial environments. The majority of the business lies within ventilation, heating, and cooling, but they also work with electrical, telecommunications, and data technology, as well as gas filtration to some extent.

About the role
You will work with calculations, tendering, and project management within HVAC, with a focus on heating, cooling, and piping installations. The role involves ongoing customer contact as well as close collaboration with internal functions such as sales and resource planning. You will also have contact with suppliers and other external parties to ensure that the underlying data is correct and complete. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring the projects' economy, schedule, and quality in close cooperation with customers, suppliers, and installers.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in working with calculations and tenders.
• Good experience with heating, cooling, and piping installations.
• Good habit of reading and interpreting technical documents and descriptions.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license.

Meritorious:

• Practical experience as a plumber or service technician.
• Experience with contracts in the size range of 1–10 million SEK.
• Knowledge of contract law, ABT 06, and AMA.
• Experience from industrial and property projects.
