We are food enthusiasts with a business drive, and we thrive best close to the kitchen. Every day, we collaborate with restaurateurs, head chefs, and cooks to create a better future, plate by plate. We are now looking for a field sales representative with a strong interest in food and ingredient knowledge, particularly in fruits & vegetables, who wants to help develop our customer partnerships – with a heart for food, business, and relationships. Good food is part of our DNA.
About the role
As a field sales representative, you are the link between our products and the needs of the kitchens. You work closely with customers, from neighborhood pubs to fine dining establishments, building long-term, profitable relationships that drive both quality and business. You discuss seasonality, flavor, and texture with the kitchen, develop relevant proposals, and follow up on profitability and delivery. The role involves travel and customer visits, sometimes with overnight stays, as well as close collaboration with colleagues in sales, purchasing, and marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer relationships – understand menus, workflows, and taste preferences, and develop the business together.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities – prospecting, networking, and creating quotes.
- Assortment and menu development with the kitchen – focusing on seasonality, origin, and quality.
- Sensory analysis and presentation – bring taste samples, introduce new products, and create well-balanced, commercial offers.
- Analysis and follow-up – calculations, pricing, contracts, reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Represent us at customer activities, trade fairs, supplier visits, and in the daily life of the kitchen.
Who you are
- Experienced in driving sales and developing business – whether this experience comes from sales, service, or another commercial role.
- Food-interested relationship builder – you thrive in the kitchen, enjoy discussing ingredients, seasonality, and flavor with professionals, and always keep business opportunities in sight.
- Ingredient knowledgeable – especially in fruits & vegetables; you understand quality, waste, sustainability, and how ingredients behave in the kitchen, and what makes customers' eyes sparkle a little extra.
- Commercial and analytical – confident in Excel and accustomed to working in a data-driven manner.
- Communicative in Swedish, both verbally and in writing; experienced in customer dialogues and presentations.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and unpretentious – you like to make things happen.
- Requirement: Valid driver's license (Category B) and ability to travel for work.
Merits
- Experience from the food/wholesale industry or the hotel and restaurant sector.
- Experience selling fresh produce and working in SAP or similar business systems.
What we offer
- Colleagues who love food – a group of food nerds where quality and flavor are always at the center.
- Great freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to influence both your daily work and our results.
- An open, dynamic climate with short decision-making paths and high tempo.
- A customer base with some of the country's most driven restaurateurs – from the corner pub to fine dining.
- Variety in daily life: analysis and planning alternate with customer visits, kitchen meetings, events, and trade fairs.
- Benefits: Wellness allowance and subsidized massage, on-site gym, benefits portal Benifex, and the opportunity to purchase our fantastic products.
Location and employment type
- Permanent full-time position located in Västberga, south of Stockholm. Start date according to agreement.
Application
Selection is ongoing – please send your application as soon as possible, but no later than June 10.
