Your role as Pharmacist/Team Leader for Kronans Apotek in Bua/Veddige/Torggatan

We are looking for engaged and goal-oriented Team Leaders for our pharmacies in Bua/Veddige and on Torggatan in Varberg. You will work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who jointly take responsibility for the pharmacies and contribute to high-quality customer experiences.

In addition to the regular duties of a pharmacist, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy in consultation with the Cluster Manager.
• Ensure daily operations regarding good medicine supply, other merchandise sales, staffing, and prioritize tasks together with other employees.

We offer full-time or part-time positions, or as agreed. Start date as agreed.

We are looking for you who are ready for a slightly more challenging and developmental role where you, together with the Cluster Manager, are responsible for the daily operations. You are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or a pharmacist. A role that suits you if you would like to work more with leadership and run a pharmacy. This is the chance to help develop the role as there will be a new way of working in the pharmacies to achieve the best work environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the pharmacy is sales-ready at opening.
• Ensure a good work environment in consultation with the Cluster Manager.
• Ensure new campaign signage is displayed (if applicable).
• Forward information to all employees.
• Prioritize tasks together with other employees.
• Be responsible for incoming emails to the Pharmacy's email.
• Solve staffing issues in consultation with the Cluster Manager and make changes in the scheduling system.
• Ensure that borrowed staff and hourly employees receive an introduction at the pharmacy.
