About the Position

Your tasks involve providing support and assistance to the residents living at Fridhemsgården. You will support and assist in the activities that the resident needs help with in everyday life, enabling them to continue living a meaningful and active life. You will assist residents in activities, participate in the creation of implementation plans and follow-ups, serve as a contact person, report and document in our support systems, perform delegated HSL (Health and Social Care Act) interventions, participate in team meetings and APT (Departmental Planning Meetings), establish good contacts with relatives and other important persons for the individual. You will contribute with innovative thinking and joy in work, and be responsible for one or more areas of responsibility that you are passionate about and wish to develop.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who sees good treatment as a matter of course, is flexible as a person, and sees your workplace as a team where everyone helps each other. You have a degree from the nursing program and a passing grade in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language, and Social Studies 1 (A) or equivalent older education. Personal suitability is given great weight.

You are confident in yourself and your professional role, enjoy taking responsibility and working independently. You value the residents' integrity, participation, and self-determination. You are receptive and work with respect for other people. You are responsible and have the ability to adapt your work to the resident's needs, see opportunities instead of obstacles, and are passionate about providing good service to residents. You are accustomed to documenting and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Personal suitability is given great weight.

Merits: Education in dementia and work experience in dementia.
