Service Electrician with Development Opportunities

We are now investing in building our own service department within Fyrstads Elpartner and are looking for you who want to be part of it from the start. This is a role for you who thrives with freedom under responsibility, is self-motivated, and wants to be a key part of something growing.

As a service electrician with us, you will have a central and broad role where you work with service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and smaller installations for both corporate and private customers. You will become an important contact person in your area and actively contribute to establishing our service operations locally.

We are looking for someone who not only wants to "do the job," but also likes to take initiative, create structure, and build relationships. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop together with the business and take on more responsibility over time, as the service department grows.

You are confident in your professional role and used to working independently. At the same time, you are driven by the thought of getting more responsibility, influencing working methods, and being someone both customers and colleagues trust.

Perhaps you already have informal responsibility today – or you feel that the next step in your development is about the big picture, structure, and relationships rather than "just" execution.

You thrive in customer dialogue and naturally see business opportunities in your work. The role also includes a certain element of sales, where you both develop relationships with existing customers and help create new business. An established network in the area is an advantage, but most important is your attitude, your communication skills, and your desire to help build something long-term.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

• Electrician certification and several years of experience in the industry
• Experience in service work, customer contact, and relationship building
• A solid interest in technology
• Preferably experience or interest in green technology
• Advantageous: low voltage as well as control and regulation systems
• Category B driver's license

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and professional in your meeting with customers, with a natural feel for both service and business.
