We are looking for candidates who want to work as a forklift driver for our client, Cummins Meritor, in Lindesberg.

As a forklift driver in the automotive industry, you will work in a production environment, primarily operating a counterbalance forklift (B1). The parts and products you handle are mainly related to heavy vehicles. Your tasks include receiving incoming goods from trucks, stacking and moving pallets, and transporting goods to areas further inside the facility.

The work requires caution, care, and precision when driving the forklift, as many people work around you and you will occasionally drive in high-traffic areas shared with pedestrians. You may be placed in different departments, and rotation between departments may occur.

Depending on which part of the industry you are in, the work can be technically challenging and physically demanding, involving many lifts.

The primary working hours at our client's site involve shift work with some flexibility: day shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts.

We are looking for someone seeking full-time work during the summer. We offer GFL wages and follow the current collective agreement for the position.

This is a consultancy assignment primarily covering the period w.24–33. You will initially be employed by us at Job&Talent. There are significant opportunities for direct employment with Cummins upon successful performance and continued need.

Start date is w.24.

Requirements for the position:

• Forklift license A+B
• Category B driver's license and/or AM license
• Ability to understand and communicate in Swedish
• Comfortable in a physically active role
• Good experience with counterbalance forklifts

Meritorious:

• Experience with forklift driving and work within the industry
