We are now looking for an engaged and independent property caretaker for one of our clients in Gothenburg. The position is full-time with working hours Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.

About the role

As a property caretaker, you will have a central role in the daily operations of the building. The work involves great freedom under responsibility and suits you if you enjoy varied tasks and are quick to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and supervision of properties
• Follow-up and handling of documentation
• Addressing fault reports from tenants
• Contacting and ordering contractors when necessary

We are looking for you who

• Have a few years of experience in similar work
• Are practical and handy
• Are social and enjoy customer contact
• Are responsible and independent
