Interim/Vicarious Key Account Manager

Do you want to develop within sales and Key Account Management in a growing food company – where you get to work close to the business, the customer, and the entire value chain?

Gudruns AB is now looking for an Interim Key Account Manager who wants to help develop the business together with Lidl and Coop. About the role

As an Interim Key Account Manager, you will work both operationally and with business development, focusing on the collaboration with Lidl and Coop. The role involves close work with customer dialogue, quotation work, campaign planning, analysis, and sales follow-up. You will become an important part of the sales team and collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, production, product development, logistics, and marketing. The role reports to the Business Area Manager at Gudruns and is located at the headquarters in Jordbro.

Your assignment

  • Develop and strengthen the collaboration with Lidl and Coop
  • Work with sales, quotation preparation, and customer dialogue
  • Follow up on sales, margins, and campaigns
  • Contribute to assortment development and business development
  • Analyze sales data and work with follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions to ensure quality and delivery
  • Build long-term and trust-based customer relationships

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in sales, preferably within retail or the food industry
  • Have post-secondary education in economics, marketing, or equivalent
  • Are analytical and structured with good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
  • Experience with meat and/or charcuterie is meritorious but not a requirement
  • Experience in KAM work is meritorious
