Job Description

We are looking for you who want to work daytime, Monday–Friday, within the Allergy and Lung Clinic at Sachs Children's Hospital.

This is a fun and varied job with your own nurse clinic, patient visits, and team visits. To work with us, you need to be flexible and solution-oriented, experienced in prioritizing, and able to work in a team. You will meet children and adolescents who come to the clinic for various tests, including allergy and lung function tests, food and medication provocations, and allergy vaccinations. You will also work administratively with bookings, referral handling, and telephone advice.

We also have close cooperation and work in various teams with play therapists, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, biomedical analysts, dietitians, social workers, and psychologists.

Previous experience within the Allergy and Lung Clinic and having completed Part 1 of Nursing in Allergy, Asthma, and COPD (15 credits) is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Our unit is in constant development and continuously strives to improve the quality of care for our patients. Competence development takes place both internally and externally and is part of the section's goals to provide specialized nursing care for chronically ill children and adolescents.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with further education in pediatrics.

Competency Requirements

• Registered nurse.
• Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1.
• Further education in pediatrics.
