On behalf of Omnitas Consulting, we are now looking for an Account Executive for a direct hire to a rapidly growing company within SaaS and digitalization. About the role

This is a role for you who wants to work consultatively and close to the business in complex B2B deals where multiple decision-makers are involved and where you need to be able to understand both operations, processes, and technical solutions at a deep level.

The role suits you who are motivated by creating new business, building trust quickly, and driving processes forward with energy and business sense. At the same time, we place great emphasis on personality, drive, and development potential. The right attitude and willingness to succeed are more important than a perfect background.

As an Account Executive at Omnitas, you are responsible for identifying, driving, and closing new business. You work closely with decision-makers and management teams in companies across various industries and help customers understand how digital solutions can streamline their operations and workflows.

This is not a traditional "product demo role" where the focus is on features and scripted presentations. We are looking for you who can understand the customer's challenges, challenge their current state, and create business value through advisory sales.

The role includes:

  • Drive consultative new customer sales of SaaS and digitalization solutions
  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
  • Book and conduct customer meetings, primarily digital meetings
  • Responsible for needs analysis and initial solution proposals
  • Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build trust and create strong relationships early in the customer dialogue
  • Drive the deal from first contact to signed contract
  • Work closely with Customer Success and implementation teams during customer handover
  • Understand the customer's business and identify how digital solutions can create more efficient ways of working
  • Contribute to the team's development through collaboration and knowledge sharing

About you

You are a driven and results-oriented person with a strong ability to create new business and build trusting relationships. You work independently, take initiative, and have a business-like and solution-oriented approach with a good understanding of the customer's needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and in a rapidly growing setting where you get to combine collaboration, team spirit, and personal development with driving business forward in a professional manner.

  • Have experience from the SaaS, IT, or software industry, or a strong understanding of digital solutions and systems
  • Are confident in dialogues with managers and decision-makers
  • Have high business acumen and strong personal drive
  • Have good knowledge of how companies function and how businesses can develop
  • Have the ability to challenge customers and drive dialogues forward. You need to be consultative, and we see that you have a background in complex sales.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by creating new business
  • Are communicative, trustworthy, and relationship-building
