We are now looking for a Sous Chef who wants to step into an important role in the kitchen and help drive the work forward.

About the Role

As a Sous Chef with us, you are one of the key people holding the kitchen together. You work closely with the team on a daily basis, but also have responsibility for structure, planning, and development.

Here you will have the opportunity to influence – both in the small things (how we work every day) and in the bigger picture (how we develop moving forward).

Your Role in Practice

You will have a broad range of responsibilities in the kitchen, including:

• Responsibility for ingredient costs and the kitchen's economy
• Involvement in menu planning and development
• Work with staff planning and leadership in the kitchen
• Ensure that routines, structure, and working methods function effectively
• Lead the team in service and ensure quality is always maintained at a high level
