Personalkollen is a market-leading B2B SaaS platform that simplifies time, scheduling, and payroll for labor-intensive businesses. We help thousands of restaurants, hotels, and retail stores achieve better structure, save time, and reduce administration every day.
We are now shifting into high gear and are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who wants to build and scale our partner network with a focus on accounting firms. This is a key role for our continued growth, where you will both create new collaborations and develop them into a stable channel for lead and business generation.
This role is for you if you enjoy opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and turning them into tangible business value.
About the role
You are responsible for actively identifying, contacting, and establishing accounting firms as partners for Personalkollen. Once the collaboration is in place, you continue to develop the relationship and create successful partnerships that drive leads and business.
The role is a combination of new business development and partner development, with a clear focus on building a scalable and profitable channel.
Your focus in the role:
- Identify and contact potential partners (accounting firms).
- Drive the entire process from first contact to an established partnership.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at the firms.
- Activate and develop partners to generate leads and business.
- Follow up, train, and support partners in their work with Personalkollen.
- Work towards clear goals related to new partnerships and grow our MRR through the channel.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in B2B sales.
- Has experience in establishing new partners.
- Thrives on creating new relationships and making the first contact.
- Is results-oriented and loves to win.
- Is self-driven, structured, and manages your own pipeline.
- Is communicative and skilled at building trust.
Extra plus if you have experience with:
- SaaS sales.
- Working with accounting firms.
