About Us

Nordisk Hemservice is a family-owned business established in 2002. The company was founded by sisters Maria Irebro and Marie-Louise Bergqvist. Today, we have approximately 150 employees working in Danderyd, Östermalm, and Södermalm.

Nordisk Hemservice has agreements with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we follow established routines and guidelines along with continuous quality controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in service-related professions
• Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Experience in nursing/care
• Good physical fitness

Job Responsibilities

Working within home care means working independently with significant responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives. Your tasks include planning and performing nursing care in customers' homes, such as:

• Personal care (assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing).
• Service (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).
• Companionship (accompanying the customer to activities outside the home).

After each visit, you will perform thorough documentation and time registration via a mobile application. You travel between customers on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Customer visits take place between 07:00–22:00, all year round. We prefer that you are flexible and can work both day and evening shifts as well as on weekends.

We prefer candidates who can work between 70–90% and do not have other employment.
