Do you want to become part of an engaged team and contribute to well-maintained outdoor environments where people thrive? We are now looking for a substitute Environmental Steward on a full-time basis during a colleague's sick leave. At Finnvedsbostäder, you will have a varied job where you make a difference for our tenants every day.

As an Environmental Steward, you work together with your colleagues to create clean, safe, and inviting residential areas. You are responsible for the maintenance of our outdoor environments and contribute to keeping our neighborhoods pleasant throughout the year. The role involves independent work where initiative, responsibility, and collaboration are important parts of everyday life.

Examples of tasks:

• Maintenance of outdoor environments such as mowing grass, trimming hedges, and weeding.
• Supervision of residential areas and environmental rooms.
• Waste management and keeping our neighborhoods clean and tidy.
• Handling work orders in the case management system.
• Other external maintenance of our properties.

You!

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and enjoys working practically outdoors. You are good at collaborating, take initiative, and contribute positive energy to the work group. You thrive with varied tasks and enjoy meeting people in everyday life.

Formal requirements:

• Category B driver's license.
• General computer skills.
• Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.

Experience in property maintenance, gardening, or similar work is an advantage.

About the employment

The position is a full-time temporary assignment of approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on needs.
