Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated animal caretaker for our client's dairy farm in Gislaved. Here you will have the opportunity to work on a farm with high-producing dairy cows and be part of a small team where collaboration, responsibility, and flexibility are key. The farm currently has 120 milking cows that are milked three times a day in a tethered system. The barn is a tethered facility equipped with the modern amenities possible within this system. The farm is high-producing, which means the work requires precision, orderliness, and a good eye for animals. You will work closely with other employees in the daily operations and contribute to maintaining high-quality routines and animal husbandry. Responsibilities include: - Milking - Daily care of cows and the barn - Supervision of animals - Other tasks related to milk production

Your Profile

- Experience with milk production and milking - Responsible and detail-oriented - Thrives in a team environment - Flexible and willing to help where needed - Able to work independently when required Working hours are primarily between 12:00–23:30 with shared shifts. Evening and weekend work is included. It is an advantage if you live near Gislaved, but accommodation can be arranged approximately 10 km from the farm.
