At Brights, we help organizations succeed in their most critical transformations through learning. As AI and new technologies reshape the way we work, we are looking for a Business Manager who wants to combine strategic sales, consulting, and business development in a role with significant impact.

About the role

As a Business Manager at Brights, you are responsible for your own sales on the Swedish market – from identifying new opportunities to building long-term partnerships with some of Sweden's largest organizations. You work closely with decision-makers within HR, Learning & Development, business, tech, and transformation to understand complex challenges and design solutions that help organizations future-proof their competencies. The work is carried out in close collaboration with experienced colleagues who are seasoned project managers within learning.

In this role, you drive the entire business – from opening new doors and creating relationships to developing existing partnerships and turning complex needs into long-term business. The role combines enterprise sales, consultative advisory, thought leadership, and concept development.

You report to the Sales Manager and work closely with both the CEO and the delivery team – giving you short decision-making paths and great opportunities to influence both the business and the offering. You will become part of the office in Stockholm.

What we offer

  • At Brights, you get the opportunity to work with some of the largest organizations in the Nordics in strategically important transformation projects.
  • Brights offers an entrepreneurial environment with high autonomy, a competitive fixed salary with an uncapped performance model, flexible hybrid work, an extra week of vacation, as well as a tech package and benefits that support your well-being.
  • An international team and close collaboration with colleagues in several European markets.

Responsibilities

As a Business Manager, you will create and develop relationships with senior decision-makers within HR, business, tech, and leadership in larger Swedish and international organizations. You will ensure that you understand customers' competency and transformation challenges and translate them into tailored solutions within learning and competency development.

In the role, you will actively work with new customer acquisition, outreach, incoming leads, and the development of existing customer relationships. The goal is to develop customer relationships over time and contribute to Brights becoming a strategic partner in the customer's competency and change journey.

You will contribute to thought leadership within learning, AI, and competency transition through, for example, LinkedIn, events, and customer dialogues. In addition, you work closely with colleagues and management to develop Brights' offering based on customer needs and market insights.

  • Build strategic customer relationships and long-term partnerships in large Swedish and international organizations.
  • Drive sales of tailored learning solutions and contribute to the development of the offering based on customer needs and market insights.
  • Prospect and develop business through new customer acquisition and leads.
  • Position Brights in the market through thought leadership and customer dialogues, and work actively with LinkedIn and events.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in complex B2B sales, preferably within consulting, SaaS, HR-tech, EdTech, or competency development.
  • Has experience selling to larger organizations and navigating longer decision-making processes.
  • Has experience with consultative and value-based sales.
  • Has a strong interest in AI, digitalization, and the future of work.
  • Has very good communication skills in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in change management and transformation.
  • Experience with HR, learning, or competency-related issues.
  • Experience with social selling and thought leadership.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Adaptable to change.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Responsible.
  • Socially self-assured.
  • Intellectually curious.
