Team Leader Wanted for Our Burger King Restaurant!

We are looking for an engaged and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our restaurant maintains the highest standards and customer satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and support our staff by ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to perform their tasks to the best of their ability.

We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the service industry. Since the work environment is fast-paced, it is essential that you remain calm and make well-founded decisions even in stressful situations.

To be considered for the Team Leader position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the fast-food industry or a similar sector.
• Experience working in a leadership role or similar position.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
