Allbry is now looking for a reliable school nurse for a high school in Varberg

About the role

As a school nurse, you are an important part of the school's student health work. The work is both health-promoting, preventive, and individual-focused, with an emphasis on supporting students in their education and well-being.

Currently, the school has one school nurse on site but now wishes to expand with an additional nurse who can be at the school 30 % of the time. The school nurse through us at Allbry will function as support to the current nurse at the school, and you will work as a team.

Allbry receives new assignments continuously, which may imply opportunities for further assignments in the future.

Your tasks may include:

• Supporting the school's current school nurse.
• Conducting health conversations.
• Guiding students to relevant care and support measures.
• Collaborating with school staff and the student health team.
• Contributing medical competence to the school's student health work.
• Being a secure and accessible adult for students in need of support.

We are looking for you who

• Are a registered nurse with further education as a school nurse, district nurse, or specialized in health and medical care for children and adolescents.
• Easily create relationships and build trusting contacts with students.
• Work independently, structured, and solution-focused.
• Are flexible and adaptable based on the school's needs.
• Have good knowledge of relevant laws and documentation.
• Function well in a team.
