On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced .NET Full-stack Developer for an innovative, high-tech company in Stockholm that develops advanced networking and connectivity solutions. The company works with next-generation optical network solutions and has customers in telecom, cloud, enterprise, and the public sector internationally. About the Role

As a .NET Full-stack Developer, you will design and develop high-quality software solutions that drive tomorrow's network products and services forward. You will become part of an agile development team working on both internal and customer-facing applications, with a strong focus on scalability, stability, and modern system architecture.

The role combines full-stack development, architecture, and close collaboration with hardware, firmware, and product teams.

The teams typically consist of 5–8 people, including developers, testers, and Scrum Masters. More specifically, the role involves:

• Designing and developing modern desktop and web applications
• Building scalable full-stack solutions using .NET and modern frontend frameworks
• Ensuring platform-independent solutions for Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile environments
• Collaborating closely with hardware and firmware teams to deliver holistic solutions
• Driving best practices in development, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Contributing to a strong engineering culture and supporting junior developers
• For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to take greater ownership within product and technology

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer or Software Engineer
• Strong competence in modern .NET development (.NET 8 or later is a plus)
• Experience building web applications from scratch using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Next.js
• Experience with cross-platform development and responsive applications
• Experience with CI/CD, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Relevant education in system development or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile development (React Native, Flutter, or similar)
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go
• Experience with embedded development or hardware-near systems
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, or UART
• Experience with performance optimization in embedded or web systems

The position is located in Kista, Stockholm, with an office-first policy and some possibility for hybrid work.
